Job description

We require the services of a seasoned facilitator with extensive experience in managing difficult conversations, to lead negotiations between our client and selected property owners.

The facilitator is not required to negotiate price but rather to facilitate conversation between the parties in a manner that will foster a win-win outcome.

The facilitator must be able to remain calm and impartial during heated discussion and be able to defuse volatile situations.

The scope of work is to:-

• Facilitate first contact meeting – estimated 3 sessions required, each 3 hours in length, after hours (weekday evening or a Saturday)
• Document the outcome of the first contact meeting(s) – minutes and provide a conclusion on the outcome
• Attend and facilitate a meeting to review submissions. Client’s representatives to play a more active role in this meeting (discussing offers and counter-offers).
