Duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• ISP residential customer support
• Setting up of residential accounts, routers and supporting clients
• General IT desktop and software support for all staff
• Offsite support of systems, software and hardware
• Remote support via Teamviewer
• Quotes from suppliers

Requirements

Qualification:

IT Diploma and or Mikrotik qualification

Experience And Knowledge

• 2 - 4 years experience in a similar role
• ISP residential customer queries (troubleshooting, router setup, wireless configuration)
• ISP or telecommunications background advantageous
• Google apps
• Microsoft windows
• Ubuntu and other linux software
• Good PC hardware and software knowledge
• Printers, scanners
• Ticketing systems
• IP addressing
• VMware would be advantageous
• Mikrotik and other CPE vendors
• VOIP knowledge
