Develop, organise and manage the day to day delivery of services to our patients, HCP’s (healthcar professionals) and overseeing the timeous delivery of our services and reports;
Implement agreed policies and consider the introduction of new services to ensure the quality and efficiency of services delivered;
Responsible for ensuring turnaround times are met and for tracking all packages with couriers;
Will liaise with the Laboratory Manager and report directly to the Medical Director
