Commercial Attorney

Would you like a lifestyle by the sea in the beautiful city of Cape Town? A niche commercial firm is seeking admitted attorneys with commercial drafting experience:

2-3 & 4-5 years post articles experience - with commercial law and drafting experience, ideally technology law experience would be a bonus.

Requirements:
- 2-3 & 4-5 years post articles experience.
- LLB Degree.
- Must be an Admitted Attorney.
- Corporate and commercial law experience.
- Previous drafting experience.
- Commercial drafting experience.
Technology law experience.
