    Account Manager (Project Management)

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the day to day running of specific incentive programmes.
    • Ensuring that the programme is meeting all requirements, specifically surrounding the measurement and overall performance of the programme.
    • Take responsibility for the financial management of the programmes as well as reconciling the programmes each month.
    • Maintain accurate financial records at all times against client budgets.
    • Ensure that all creative is updated on the website as well as day to day website maintenance.
    • Manage all general admin duties that may arise around all aspects of the programmes.
    • Administer participant databases as required via the proprietary Incentive software.
    • Provide quality customer service to participants and clients.
    • Assist with inbound contact to participants, ensuring first call resolution where possible.
    • Handle enquiries logged online, meeting SLA requirements
    • Data capturing.
    • Follow up on queries and revert to participants and clients as per stipulated times.
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of incentive programs run by the company for all clients.
    • Maintain reports that will track participation on a monthly basis.
    • Assist with general administration in other areas of the business as and when the need arises.
    • Maintaining close relationships with clients and participants by ensuring that regular programme reviews are done with client to share information on return of programme measurements.
    • Assisting department manager with strategic development of incentives.
    • Assist with proposal writing and sales activities.
    • Daily management of programmes in regards to overall direction, points upload, communications, database, reconciliation, invoicing etc.
    • Prepare and execute a communications strategy to ensure that all programmes are kept top of mind amongst participants.
    • Organise and facilitate Steering Committee meetings with client.
    • Prepare and present monthly Management Reports at Executive level.
    • Analysis of programme data and constant identification of improvement opportunities.
    • Constantly strive to up- and cross-sell other Uwin Iwin services into existing account(s).
    • Maintain, oversee, extract and manipulate data according to incentive requirements.
    • Correctly apply reward formula’s to different participant sectors.
    • Assist in general admin duties that may arise around other aspects of the programmes.
    • Build on client and supplier relationships at all times.
