Job description

• Under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse, provide individualised excellent patient/client care within a health service environment to maximise the health outcomes for the patient/resident.
• Enrolled Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
• Recent acute medical nursing experience.
• Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with patients/clients to understand their needs, enhance service delivery and act on situations when the norm is to wait for a situation to resolve itself.
• Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner.
