Job description
Purpose:
The Recruitment Consultant proactively sources, identifies and selects top talent through innovative sourcing channels. The incumbent consults with business to provide insight, expertise and support to enable the implementation of the business' people strategy.
Responsibilities:
Experience:
Three to Five years experience in an external recruitment (agency) environment, must hold a valid drivers licence. Preference will be given to candidates with marketing, sales and finance experience.
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree or related Diploma in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences
