Job description

Our client, a leading property development company based in Dubai U.A.E, is on the search for an Arabic speaking Sales Director.

The purpose of the job is to build the property sales team and motivate and deliver sales targets on a monthly basis.

Language:

 Must be fluent in Arabic as you will be based in Dubai and will be managing an Arabic speaking sales team.

Qualifications:

 Degree in Business or Management is advantageous

Experience:

•  8+ years' sales experience in property sales, life insurance sales, automotive sales, time share sales, B2C sales etc. Very strong sales skills are more important than type of product sold.
•  Experience managing a sales team will be advantageous.

 Based in Dubai U.A.E. Must be willing to relocate
