Purpose of the Role

• To co-create and lead a specialist team to interpret and decipher the organisation's long term strategies and identify the manner (process, people and system methodology) in which they will be achieved.

• To co-create and lead a specialist team in the development of strategic plans, and solutions to business challenges, to achieve delivery of the business long term goals.

• To co-create and lead a specialist team in the design and implementation of the process and methodology.                       

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviews service delivery processes and methodologies bi-annually across the business and the organisation’s strategic partners.

• Translate strategy into action – design and diagnostics - ensure execution against this.

• Project sponsor and manager on all projects related to above.

• In depth understanding of the business brand key to ensure alignment across all projects delivery.

• Ensures strategic partner service delivery relationships.

• Drives service delivery and support enhancement across the organisation.

• Development of the units of work that is required to execute on the organisation's strategy.

• Executing against the units of work in a timeous manner.

• Business wide collaboration around the development process.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification.

• 5+ Years relevant experience.

• Advanced experience in business modelling.

• Experience in the interpretation of operational strategies and processes in a medium size business.
