Job description

 Responsibilities: 

• Requests budget and controls expenditure 
• Designs and delivers intuitive learning experiences that drive learner engagement and business impact 
• Promotes diversity within the team 
• Participates in planned activities that are appropriate for own and staff development 
• Manages people performance in the area of responsibility 
• Provides thought leadership in the area of learning and development practice 
• Identifies and delivers projects to improve employee productivity 
• Ensures effective procurement and supplier management and coordinates procurement activities 
• Ensures continuous process improvement to enable effective operational processes 
• Identifies stakeholders and builds relationships with critical partners across the business 

Experience:

At least three years learning design and development experience in a digitized learning environment 

Qualification:

Relevant degree in human Resources or Learning
