Job description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

• To able to serve the internal and external customers in order to generate operational requirements within the organization.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Ensure that agreed upon customer SLA are adhered to through optimized supply chain process and principles.
• Meet OLA demands by ensuring that stock control is effective and efficient.
• Finance
• Ensure that bi-weekly, quarterly cycle count and twice annual stock is planned in advanced and performed to manage inventory risk.
• Internal Process
• Receive and dispatch stock including shipping to other branches.
• Receive and ship finished parts.
• Update Service Management System and file relevant documentation.
• Control the incoming orders on requisitions.
• Best practices housekeeping for source management.
• Human Capital
• Complete own training and development objectives as per agreed timelines in the personal development plan.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed according to the company requirement.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Matric
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics
• Previous experience in a warehouse would be advantageous

Knowledge

• General knowledge of Warehouse Principles
• Basic knowledge of computer parts
