• Matric
• Relevant qualification

Experience

• Minimum 5 Years’ experience as a Foreman within the building/development sector.
• Good site management skills.
• Must be deadline conscious, with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to read plans, be able to manage sub-contractor teams and staff.
• Must have the ability to handle sub-contractors.
• Be able to ensure that onsite theft does not occur.
• Must have strong conflict management skills
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Monitor expenditure to ensure project stays within budget
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities on site
• Ensure resources are adequate
• Ensure Safety precautions are always taken
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Report on progress to managers
