Job description

SPECIFIC OUTPUTS:

• Designs and implement production, replenishment and demand planning strategy
• Optimised planning capabilities and drive operational efficiencies
• Manages Demand Planners, Replenishment and Production Planning Managers and their teams
• Ensured that all planning related systems are maintained
• Identify current trends and changes in strategies as required
• Translate Group strategies and vision into actionable plans with profitable results for all channels
• Ensure product replenishments and allocation for maximazation of sales and profit potential
• Designs, implement and improves processes, tools and methodologies to optimise planning capabilities
• Provide management reports on status of execution the various plans in the department

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

Ten years experience within a similar role

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant Degree

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMNTS:

• Knowledge of Operations, Demand Forecast; Replenishment and Production planning in a FMCG environment
• Business Management skills
• Computer skills including SAP, MM, SD, MS Office, MRP, etc.
• Knowledge of Team Management
