    Bookkeeper to Trial Balance

    Job description

     The successful incumbent will have following skills:

    • Capturing Cash book, Creditors and Journals
    • Preparing and loading bank payments
    • Reconciliations
    • Preparing Debtor invoices (less than 10 per month)
    • Processing all other transactions and full accounting function up to Trial Balance
    • Submission of VAT201 & EMP201
    • Good working knowledge of Pastel Evolution

    • Self-starter & ability to work unsupervised
