Duties and Responsibilities:

• Compiling of overall strategy for the clients.
• Draw up and deploy business plans for clients.
• Managing the stages within a client's life cycle.
• Travelling to countries to meet clients when needed.
• Ensure the Executive Sponsor relationshipis maintained with your client sponsor and the client.
• Creating and maintaining the client information pack.
• Manage the opening of accounts process.
• Contract negotiations - Risk management.
• Presentation and implementation of New products, processes and strategies.
• Management of shipments on a daily basis.
• Quality checking of estimates and ensuring timeous delivery.
• Quality checking of data and compiling of reports.
• Manage client debtors to keep within the agreed payment terms and resolve queries timeously.
• Client Health and Safety compliance.
• Client training.
• Monthly revenue reports.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate.
• B.Com Logistics and Supply Chain Management preferred

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 5 years Freight Forwarding experience including 2 years in a client facing role
• Exceptional and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must have financial experience e.g Debtors and Rates.
• Valid license and Own reliable transport.
• Must be a strategic and tactical thinker.
• Able to communicate on all levels (Ops to CEO level).
• Problem solver.
