Head of Projects: Retail at Gilbarco Veeder Root

Job description

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The prime objective for the Head of Projects Retail is to ensure the successful implementation of retail projects within the agreed cost, time, quality and scope as well as governance compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 95% on time project delivery through standard work
• Proactively manage project toll gates and make corrective actions where necessary.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless projects execution
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost
• Regularly review and revise projects plans
• Execute installation in line with P.D.R
• Provide accurate reports to management and escalate where necessary
• Perform risk management and minimise project risks
• Plan & Execute project in time, budget, quality & safety
• Manage key stakeholder (internal & external) relationships
• Manage COS & direct margin
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Demonstrate a key understanding of CVD & customer needs
• Identify process improvement opportunity
• Collaborate with sales lead to meet rev rec target
• Contractor management
• Quality control distributor SSA (1-2-3-Out)
• Quality SHEQ Audit SSA
