Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic Health Informatics Technical Assistance officer to support our operations in KZN. Your tech savvy attitude coupled with a passion for data and out-of-the-box approach to problem solving will secure.

You Will

• Provide technical assistance to the Department of Health to improve the quality and integrity of information reported.
• Provide guidance, mentorship and training to relevant stakeholders
• Do impact measurement and reporting
• Support the roll out of DoH tools
• Ensure data quality and integrity

Qualifications And Experience Required

• Relevant post matric or Administrative qualification essential
• IT / Healthcare Degree or Diploma preferred
• 2 years health data management experience
• Valid Drivers’ License and own vehicle
• Knowledge of DoH data collection systems e.g. DHIS, Tier.net would be advantageous
• Proven experience in Facilitation and Mentoring
