SERVEST SECURITY HAS A VACANCY FOR A RISK, SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER REPORTING TO THE NATIONAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Advantageous (not required): BTech: Environmental Health / National Diploma: Safety Management / H&S Degree/Auditing
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ Experience in the field
• Must come from a Security Industry background/ PSIRA registered
• Own transport and able to travel nationally
• Computer Literate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, maintain and audit quality, risk, safety and compliance within the division
• SHEQ management experience including COID reporting, ISO
• Conduct audits nationally
• Proven track record in a management role in security
• Strong process and procedure drafting and practical implementation of SOPs experience
• Compilation of Job Descriptions for Site positions.
• Excellent understanding of risk mitigation and identification
• Understanding technology in the security industry
