What you will be doing: You will provide solution architecture and design services, requirements specifications from customer engagement, tenders, RFI's, provide security training and grow to become the subject matter expert and thought leader in LAWtrust’s areas of expertise (PKI, cryptography, key management, digital signing, authentication, biometrics, smart-cards, email encryption, data encryption, cloud encryption, bespoke security solutions).

You will assist the Sales Team with Pre-sales activities, provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to junior staff; ensure skilling of LAWtrust staff on all LAWtrust products and solutions; provide the capability to perform proof of concepts on all LAWtrust products and solutions in customer environments; draft technical proposal to support the sales process and ensure technical product collateral exist for all LAWtrust products and solutions obtained from partners and LAWtrust development for internal products

The role will further require that you assist with technical account management services to LAWtrust customer accounts, especially in regards to business processes and optimization, to ensure Customer Success and solution utilization

Partner Management implies that you will need to engage and build technical relationships with the LAWtrust partners; collect and manage product collateral; manage the product offerings and partner events/pre-sales engagements and manage partner training for operational staff

You will also be required to Perform Research on the latest technology trends and other relevant Information Security matters (in the areas of LAWtrust work).

What you will need:

Education / Qualifications:

• BSc/BCom in Informatics/Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
• CISSP Certification will be advantageous

Experience:

8+ years of related experience in information security (business analysis, pre-sales, consulting, integration)

Skills:

• Understanding of IT and Information Security (in particular Public Key Infrastructure, Cryptography, Key Management, Digital Signing, Encryption (email, communication, database, cloud encryption, big data encryption), Biometrics, SSL, Authentication, Identity and Access Management)    
• Prior-experience with information security solutions and vendors (e.g. Ascertia, Thales, Entrust, EJBCA/PrimeKey, Gemalto/SafeNet, Symantec, biometric vendors, information security solution integrators)
• Project Management or general management experience
• Excellent business writing, presentation and communication skills
• Sound knowledge in creating UML diagrams and application models
• Be able to prioritize workload to meet task deadlines; shift gears and re-prioritize easy as they may change
