Responsibilities

• Marketing 
• Builds and develops a pipeline of prospective clients in the Retail Distribution space.
• Maintains a SMART database of pipeline of new and existing financial advisers.
• Markets the company’s service & products to retail financial advisers.
• Markets and consults on the company’s and competitor products under agreement with the company.
• Personal Effectiveness
• Accepts and lives the company values.
• Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
• Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
• Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality over periods of 1 day to a maximum of three months.
• Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
• Sales/ Productivity 
• Develops an action plan around how to deliver inflow budget.
• Provides advice and consults on a wide range of products & investments to retail financial advisers.
• Realises sales of corporate products for retail distribution in the pipeline.

Qualifications And Experience

• Gr 12 (Matric)
• Relevant Tertiary qualification.
• FAIS compliant
