Job description

We are looking for an experienced Leader to oversee our SCCM Specialists for all activities related to System Center Configuration Manager technologies including but not limited to:, lifecycle and capacity management, administration, maintenance, vendor management and support. This is an operation position which will require you to use technical knowledge and organizational skills to implement, remediate and maintain Microsoft patch level across the enterprise, research and establish an application delivery framework that is consistent with architectural and self service delivery objectives.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Motivates Team to deliver project and services on time with exceptional customer service. Executes the strategic direction and goals of the Company, IT Division and Team. Coordinates across cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
• Develops healthy relationships with Peers, IT Leadership, and the IT Community at large. Able to coordinate across cross-functional work teams toward task completion. Serves as an escalation point for technical issues and conflict resolution. Demonstrates effective leadership and analytical skills. Ensure vendors and managed services providers are providing optimal value to WorleyParsons
• Provides team priorities and direction for various projects and daily activities. Reviews and evaluates the team's work and prepares performance evaluations. Ensures team members are highly knowledgeable and properly trained in the technologies and services they support. Ensures team maintains up-to-date training. Maintains a focus on appropriate team member development, recognition and work-life balance.

Technical Responsibilities

• Manage all internal organizational elements of the SCCM environment such as
• Boundaries and boundary groups, security architecture, containers, task sequences, folders, application deployment models and packages, etc.
• Designs and plans complex hardware deployments, software upgrades, and significant operational initiatives.
• Works with vendors to isolate and resolve problems relating to Distribution & Windows Updates. Addresses and rectifies server problems, works with Microsoft or other vendors as necessary
• Experience performing the following functions in support:
• Distribute native virtualized application packages and Windows Installer (MSI) based application packages throughout a MS SCCM infrastructure spanning all of the locations
• Experience providing Tier 3 support for all aspects of Windows operating system and application deployment.
• Routine patch management and application deployment libraries; prepare, distribute, and effect deployment of critical, security, and otherwise required patches of all managed libraries using tools such as Windows Server Update Services and SCCM.
• Conducts gap analysis as needed, and provides results and recommendations to management for review.
• Continuously looks for process and quality improvement. Monitors faults, performance, and capacity issues; prepares remediation reports and documentation.
• Insures team documentation is accurate and maintained
• Work with SCCM Specialists to ensure smooth operation of Service and on escalations

iM Business Delivery Director

• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Windows Operating System
• SCCM experience WINS/DNS/DHCP
• Active Directory Enterprise Architecture and Group policy
• Experience with scripting in PowerShell, Visual Basic Scripting
