Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling content
- Writing Content
- Responding to queries, interacting with client’s communities
- Helping with social strategy planning and implementation
- Pro-actively looking for ways to enhance client’s platforms
- Reporting to account manager and content team on progress, or potential issues
- Basic reporting to client
- Working with creative team to conceptualize content
The ideal candidate will have
- 1 -3 years experience
- skills in digital writing
- a blog, or experience in blog writing is beneficial
- a passion for social media, and preferably be active on twitter
- experience in the following:
- Scheduling software/systems
- Monitoring and tracking software
- Reporting tools (paid and free)
- a basic understanding of paid media
- patience and be able to manage under stressful situations
- experience working in teams
- own transport
- knowledge of current events and clued up on what’s happening on the digisphere
