Key Responsibilities

• Studying documents and extracting important information
• Checking and pinpointing gaps in information set
• Compiling questions for the purpose of enhancing information set
• Drawing up summaries of cases
• Communicating and extracting information from claimants via telephone
• Compile emails containing information from phone calls
• Reporting to other team members on progress
• Collaborating with other team members and role players in each case
• Ability to assist with research Office administration when required

• Confident in expressing self and explaining concepts

• Able to communicate fluent in IsiXhosa will be an advantage

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in one of the following disciplines: Communication, Administration, Languages or Research

Business Skills/Experience

• Experience in document drafting/report writing and research will be an advantage
• Experience in working with MS Word and Excel
• Industry Skills/Experience
• Numerical reasoning
