Job Description

Caxton Digital is currently looking for a digital savvy, highly motivated sales professional to join our digital sales support team.

The purpose of the role:

•  To help assist our local branch sales divisions through the support and training on digital sales and marketing initiatives for local businesses. This is a hand’s on role, which includes actively going out on sales calls as well as in house training of sales reps.
• The Digital sales support specialist helps to maximize advertising sales potential, through the development of quality business relationships and promotion of new/existing advertising products. The DSS will be part of a regional support team, with each DSS focused on a defined geographic territory and the branches that fall within this. We pride ourselves on simplifying the marketing process for our customers, while helping advertisers understand their digital advertising options. In short, we help our branches grow their business.
• Our ideal candidate will be passionate about selling, have an interest in digital advertising, and possess excellent presentation and closing skills. Digital media sales experience is essential.

Required:

•  A good digital sales understanding
•  Drivers Licence
•  Own Transport

Essential Duties include:

•  Travelling to branches on a weekly / monthly basis. At times overnight travel will be required
•  Educating branch sales forces on the various digital offerings
•  Helping the sales force to understand the clients’ advertising needs, and develop the ideal marketing solution for them
•  Delivering customized sales training
•  Supporting the sales process within Caxton branches as required
•  Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals by achieving sales targets set out by management
