Honeybee Trainer at Field Office Honeybee

Job description
You will be training face to face in our dedicated training centers or at client premises, as well as contributing to the development of our training programs. We expect you to be an excellent communicator and able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.

Essential Criteria

• 2 – 3 years’ prior experience in facilitating learning and classroom based training
• Experience in product, system and process training
• Have a good understanding of training methodologies and outcomes-based training
• Exposure to the sales environment
• Comfortable with modern mobile technology and applications
• Exposure to online authoring tools like Adobe Captive, Articulate, InDesign
• Proven skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Results driven and able to manage time effectively
• Must have Matric
• Any training, facilitating or HR certifications will be beneficial
• Willing and able to travel
• In possession of a valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
