HR Functional Analyst at Sasol

Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Sustainability & HR Functional Analyst is required to assist in the support of the relevant businesses processes related to the functional area of responsibility. This includes the ongoing support of incidents raised in the functional area and the resolution of these, as well as continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, the responsibility will include the design and configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. The individual may also be required to:

•  Develop an application prototype and conduct a conference room pilot to validate the configuration design and explore gap resolution options, of new introduced functionality.
•  Review and test all incidents raised in the existing solution.
•  Configure the system to match the design/fix.
•  Component test the system configuration.
•  Complete/update the Configuration Rationale documentation.
•  Participate in additional testing, including assembly test of RICEFW work units and system test.
•  Complete/update all appropriate documentation required by the developers, testers, deployment team, and application management team that will maintain the application.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

•  Completed Degree (e.g. BSc IT / Informatics / B Com Informatics).
•  ITIL Foundation Certification
•  Certification would be beneficial
•  A minimum of 4 years total experience with Talent @ Work, Success Factors
•  Relevant functional experience with Human Capital Management is recommended
•  Human Capital Management Functional Area - Advanced
