Training Programme Manager at Dimension Data

Job description
It is envisioned that the Training Programme Manager will support the Service Academy team with the planning, co-ordination, project management, execution and budget control for all training programmes. 

Behavioural Requirement
This is a key position in the Serac team and this employee is pivotal in achieving the right level of capability in the Dimension Data Services division. The Training Programme Manager plays an important role in creating cohesion between multiple role-players and this person’s communication ability will be key to the success of the role. There is also be senior level engagement on a regular basis and the incumbent in this role needs to be articulate and well-spoken and able to gain the respect of senior business leaders.

Qualifications

• Previous exposure to training and development approaches and methodologies
• Knowledge of training tools, systems and metrics
• Track record of successful execution of programmes
