Our Big 4 client is now seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Audit Managers to join their growing Financial Services practice based in Bermuda.

As a Senior Manager you will have responsibility for the overall engagement management of some of the firm’s most significant and technically challenging clients, you will confidently work with senior client management and executive boards.

You will need to have significant experience of auditing companies with your specialised field (Financial Services), ideally within established markets. As a Senior Manager you will also be responsible for the performance management of audit staff, the development and management of a successful audit practice and the day-to-day management of a portfolio of clients. Long-term this role will put you in an excellent position to be considered for Partnership.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Exam qualified accountant – CA/ACCA/CPA. First time passes are preferable
• Minimum 7 years audit experience, two of which as manager / senior manager
• Significant experience in a US GAAP and/or IFRS environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong risk management skills.
• Supervision and motivation of engagement teams, including education on technical matters.
• A high degree of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
