    Senior Admin Controller

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Admin Controller to oversee the administrative lifecycle of our properties. This role is central to ensuring that all property content and systems are professionally managed and integrated. The successful candidate will navigate complex system setups, perform extensive data capture, and serve as a vital technical backup for system integrity and analysis.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Digital Portfolio Governance: Act as the primary lead for establishing and overseeing property structures and specialized schemes within our varied portfolios within available systems.
    • Property & Content Administration: Lead the professional administration of properties across multiple channels. This includes the creation, maintenance, and audit of property content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
    • System Integration: Oversee the setup and integration of online channels and the creation of new timeshare inventory and resorts within Vacation Compass, including external OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
    • Technical Support & Data Management: Execute extensive system data capture and maintain system usage standards. In this capacity, you will act as the primary backup to the Super User, assisting with rigorous system testing that requires high-level practical analysis and critical thinking to safeguard system integrity.
    • Multi-Entity Support: Provide administrative and technical support across several business entities

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes

    • Critical and analytical thinking – must be able to apply and contextualise information received to system and business scenarios for interrogation and draw conclusions against which recommendations are made
    • Strong admin skills and using own initiative
    • Strong skills in Word and Excel
    • Ability to co-ordinate all data and generate reports and feedback accurately according to deadlines
    • Minimum experience in a similar property administration of 3 years is advantageous
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Above average computer literacy
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge across a wide section of the Group’s entities and systems is advantageous.

    Reservations Outbound Consultant – Fixed Term Contract

    • We are seeking a dynamic Reservations Outbound Consultant who thrives on building strong member relationships and achieving sales and booking targets. Your consultative sales approach will help members maximise the value of their holiday ownership by driving engagement and guiding them to suitable options within the Beekman Group portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Commit to The Beekman Way, working cohesively as a team and going the extra mile to meet member needs.
    • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual/face-to-face consultations with members, focusing on those who haven’t recently booked.
    • Promote and secure reservations across the portfolio, matching member preferences with available options.
    • Achieve and exceed outbound sales and booking targets, conversion rates, and contact percentages as set by the department manager.
    • Maintain productivity and quality standards, ensuring accurate booking processes and excellent customer interactions.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes  

    • Matric with 3 years relevant Call Centre experience,  
    • Experience working in outbound sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • The successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including Saturdays.

    Housekeeper – Cayley Lodge & Mountain Resort

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the housekeeping and laundry staff and standard of housekeeping as set out by the Group.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Supervising and allocating staff duties and staff administration for both housekeeping and laundry.
    • Issuing, recording and controlling stock of consumables, stores, linen and equipment.
    • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards
    • Ensure turnaround times for unit readiness meet operational requirements, especially during peak periods

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • 3-5 years supervisory experience in a Housekeeper position at a large resort
    • Computer literacy skills including Excel, Word and Hotelier
    • Staff Management background
    • Strong Housekeeping Background
    • Understanding of all resort operational aspects
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Good communication skills
    • Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
    • Prepared to work shifts, overtime, and on weekends and public holidays

    Software Automation Tester

    Key Performance Areas:

    • You will design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test scenarios, working closely with developers and Product Owners to ensure requirements are met and continuously refined. The successful candidate will analyze test results, provide clear and detailed feedback to the development team, and collaborate with Product Owners to validate requirements and suggest improvements. In addition, you will contribute to documentation and actively participate in test reviews and walkthroughs.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven experience in software testing and test automation
    • Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

    The successful candidates will have the following:

    • In-depth knowledge of current coding techniques and best practices
    • Organizational skills
    • Accuracy & analytical ability
    • Problem solving/decision making
    • Good communications skills
    • Ability to train colleagues
    • Self-directed and ability to work independently although also be able to contribute to team efforts
