Job Description

Shepstone & Wylie's Corporate & Commercial Law team is seeking a 5+PQE commercial lawyer to join their Durban head office.

The successful applicant should:
- have experience in drafting a range of commercial contracts
- have experience in reviewing and advising on a range of issues including commercial contracts, commercial disputes and business-related regulatory and compliance issues;
- be capable of successful business development
- have advised in relation to mergers and acquisitions
- be experienced in researching and drafting opinions in relation to commercial issues (in this regard, antitrust experience would be an advantage)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- LLB or 4 years Bachelor's Degree and admitted as an attorney
- 5+ years post article experience.
