Managed Talent Solution's client, a division within Datacentrix is looking for Project Coordinators for a 12-month contract with a 3 years’ experience in projects related to demand planning, 3PL and inventory management.
Requirements:
Degree Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in project coordination, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Assist in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock control, and ensure accurate inventory records.
Demand Planning: Analyze demand forecasts, coordinate with sales and production teams to align supply with demand, and adjust plans as necessary.
3PL Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, and resolve any logistics issues.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as managing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the project team, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the team has what they need at the right time.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, monitor team performance, and provide updates to stakeholders.
