    Head of Product: Sales

    Job Description

    Purpose of the Role:

    • To lead, develop and manage all product levers for our sales business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ability to create impulse and excitement.
    • Ability to impulse and sell product through visuals and words.
    • Managing and measuring product performance across all sales channels.
    • Lead testing and development of all new product for our sales business.
    • Lead the Change management process of product into our sales business (launching, switching, new product).
    • Monitor the current performance and enhance the sales scripting lever within sales.
    • Lead development and evolution of this Sales scripting lever to improve Rate of Sale for the Distribution business
    • Conceptualization and development of new products for our sales business.

    Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

    • Relevant Tertiary qualification (Product and/or Marketing advantageous).
    • Sales Experience and/or mindset.
    • Knowledge and understanding of Marketing and Sales techniques and methodologies.
    • Commercial and Financial Acumen.
    • Relational and articulate- ability to influence through conversation and presentation.
    • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
    • Strong leadership skills.
