The purpose of the Manager Maintenance and Engineering role is to lead the Kinsevere Maintenance Department in delivering consistent, safe and reliable maintenance activities for fixed plant, mobile equipment and associated site infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Reporting to the Kinsevere Operations Manager this role provides high-level of functional leadership that directly supports the delivery of safety, volume and cost outcomes consistent with the Kinsevere Business Plan.
• Developing and implementing strategies and procedures that deliver effective plant and equipment availability
• Driving cost-effective optimisation of plant and equipment availability and reliability.
• Ensuring the development of local staff to build long-term in-country capability.
• Developing and monitoring of the Maintenance Department planning and budgeting process.
• To Be Considered For This Position You Must Possess
• Proven Senior Maintenance Management/Supervisory experience
• Considerable experience with the maintenance and management of fixed plant with sound exposure to mobile equipment within a surface mining environment
• Exposure to acidic environments (SX / EW)
• Knowledge of SAP or similar computerised maintenance management system
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to motivate and communicate with personnel of all levels
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, budget control and the development of large teams.
• Remuneration includes attractive base salary and yearly performance based incentive payment.
