EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- To identify trends, implement continuous improvement projects and supporting general quality management systems in the lab
- Analysing of seed samples for physical purity, germination and grading in supporting all activities in the Physiology lab
- Preparation of samples and documents for physical purities, germination and controls
- Preparation of planting medium
- Planting of seed samples, working with and manage temporary labour in support of tasks
- Evaluation of physical purities and grading
- Evaluation of germination
- Recording of results
- Filing of records for inspection purposes
- Maintaining samples for retaining purposes
- Conforming to ESH regulations
- All preparations and testing must be completed according to the ISTA rules and Internal Monsanto standards
