    Job description

    ​A vacancy exists within Merensky at SFP, Langeni sittuated near Mthatha in the Eastern Cape, for a suitably qualified and experienced

    The success incumbent must meet the following criteria:

    Position Specifications:

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • Relevant National Diploma/Degree om Forestry
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Forestry Operations
    • At least 3 years experience at managerial level

    Person Requirements

    • Integirty and a passion for work, excellence and success
    • Results driven
    • Team player
    • Competent to assess situations and make decisions
    • Willingness to travel
    • Able to work in a highly pressurised environment
    • Self-starter and able to work well independently
    • Analytical problem solving ability
    • And eye for detail
    • Deadline driven with a great sense of accountability
