Job Description

Minimum Requirements...

Qualification:

• Matric as a minimum requirement
• Post Matric will be beneficial
• Valid Driver' license and own Vehicle

Requirements:

• At least three years’ experience in the Insurance industry or other relevant industries where physical risk assessment or client relationship skills were applied
• Claims experience will be beneficial

Experience:

• Investigation/Assessing experience, especially in a short-term insurance industry

Responsibilities:

• Validate all incidents and claims
• Meeting with clients , witness, police officials and towing operators
• Finalize all reports and administration
• Liaise with service providers
• Make decisions - Reject or Settle the claim
• All administration and telephonic queries arising around that
• Handling , resolving all queries and problems from service providers and clients
• Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place
• Meet performance targets and service levels
