Job description

The primary purpose of this job is to lead a team of Junior Engineers and Technologists which provides support to the operational departments. This includes managing projects to design, implement, stabilize and continuously improve the logistical processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management
• Process and System design and implementation
• Continuously improvement of processes and systems
• Team Management
• Workload management
• Process and System failure root-cause analysis
• Develop and maintain a trustworthy relationship with MBSA and InSync Operations

This vacancy in on the site of InSync's biggest customer and one of South Africa's leading automotive manufacturing plants.

Financial responsibilities:

• Service provider cost management
• Control expenditures within limitations of project budget

• InSync Operations
• InSync Supporting Departments (HR, Control Tower, SHEQ)
• InSync Management

Major external interfaces:

• Customer Contract Management
• Customer Logistics Planning
• Customer IT Department
