Internal Auditor position available in Somerset West, Cape Town (no relocation for this role)

Education

B COM Internal Audit or similar with 3 years internal audit experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry
CIA/ Studying towards CIA

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Computer literacy – minimum requirement MS Office
• In depth knowledge of the audit process
• Ability to identity and document risks and controls
• Ability to compile an audit program to address the risks identified
• Ability to identify audit issues, root causes and recommendations
• Ability to present audit results in a well written report
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work alone or in a team
• Committed to become a Certified Internal Auditor
• Be able to liaise with management regarding audit findings

• The successful incumbent will be based in the Western Cape; Somerset West and will be expected to travel.
