Project Manager at Digital Marketing Management (DMM)

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced project manager who is comfortable with leading and delivering web based projects, utilising both local and remote resources. The suitable person would have a reasonable understanding of web based technology (e.g. WordPress, PHP) which enables them to be effective and accurate with expected timeframes and the evaluation of the suitability of deliverables.

Specific duties include (but not limited to):

• Providing input into expected timelines.
• Managing all phases of the development lifecycle through to a successful outcome.
• Working with Account Managers to ensure requirements from customers are detailed as necessary for the project to be a success.
• Liaising with external suppliers to provide specific deliverables, checking their work for required levels of quality on an ongoing basis.
• Taking proactive ownership of any delays regardless of whether it’s in development or not (e.g. pushing back to Account Managers if content is outstanding).
• Following industry best practices.

Ideally, the candidate would have experience in:

• WordPress (with themes such as BeThemes)
• PHP (especially with the Laravel framework)
• CS-Cart and other e-commerce platforms
• BitBucket and other code repositories
