Brief Description

Reporting to the Witbank Area Manager , you will be accountable to build and grow a new team of academy advisers.

You have to ensure the team’s profitability by managing results, resources and risks within the framework of the business plan for the area.

KRA's

• Recruitment and selection of academy advisers.
• Coaching and development of academy advisers.
• Managing the existing business processes (i.e. conservation, outstanding business, financing, administration and client care etc).
• Building and sustaining a productive team.

Job Requirements

The Successful Applicant Should Substantially Meet The Following Requirements

• Matric or equivalent.
• Must be FAIS compliant, including RE and approved qualification/credits
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager could be beneficial
• Must adhere to minimum performance standards
• Be accredited on all core products that PFA distributes - accreditation on other products could be beneficial
• Have strong administrative capabilities.
• Should be comfortable in applying the sales process.
• Should have a good working knowledge of Spotlight/ X plan and be able to apply and coach it and other prescribed electronic tools .
• Be assertive.
• Have very good interpersonal skills.

• Have good networking capabilities
