In house role for admitted attorney! Our client offers a wide range of services to the property industry, and have done for over 50 years. This includes working with both landlords and tenants in development, management, leasing, valuations and auditing projects. As all property transactions are based on contractual agreements, their legal services team remains the hub of insight and advice to various aspects of their business. This busy department now requires additional resources, and is looking to hire a lawyer who has proven ability in negotiating settlement agreements. Whilst it is preferred that you have enjoyed exposure to retail leasing in particular, it will be your ability to provide independent advice to senior management on highly technical matters which will secure this role for you. Because you will be dealing with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community, you will need strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
