The Architect is accountable to develop the key capabilities to support the business strategy. This includes the definition of key processes, products and services as well as the frameworks and reference models that make up the foundation of the business architecture.
The Architect is accountable for capturing and aligning to the business vision, strategy and architecture. The Architect should provide thought leadership that directs all aspects of business architecture and related disciplines to ensure a consistent approach to developing business architecture and process architecture.
The Architect manages the overall development and implementation plan for architecture components and services. This role is critical in ensuring that all architecture domains are aligned to achieving the expected strategic business outcomes.
Required Experience:
Successful record as Senior Leader with experience building and leading an enterprise business architecture discipline in a large matrixed enterprise, preferably with global/virtual team experience.
Proven track record of translating organizational strategy into actionable business models, operating models and associated capabilities that drive operational excellence while enabling synergistic growth and organizational scale.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Technology is preferred or other degree with significant related business design and leadership experience.
Experience in multi-line insurance and/or financial services industry preferred;
Experience with enterprise wide transformation initiatives.
Experience with the development of digital business models will be an advantage.
