Our Client is a private property fund who specialises in the rejuvenation and conversion of residential properties. Their main focus is on middle market complexes as well as urban apartments within Gauteng and Western Cape. Their impressive portfolio consists of over 1300 properties. All of the property management, investment and letting are conducted in-house under the umbrella of this private fund. Our client is now looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sectional Title Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be based in their Johannesburg branch. This person will be responsible for 750 units in 10 different locations. This role will see you overseeing the managing agent as well as attending Trustee / Director meetings as the company's representative. Some of your responsibilities would include monthly levy runs, reporting, relationship building, utilities, insurance as well as contractor and maintenance management. In order to qualify for this position a Matric is essential, together with 2 years residential property management experience. A tertiary qualification and experience with MDA will be an added advantage. You will need to be confident and outgoing as you will need to communicate effectively with various individuals. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in a deadline driven and pressurised environment is essential. Knowledge of The Sectional Title as well as a drivers licence is essential.
