Job description

Responsibilites

• Assist Facilities Operation Manager in overall work coordination and administrative works.
• Oversee facilities management operation from minor work to major site project coordination, assisting HQ project officer.
• Prepare work proposal and costing and tracking of jobs until completion of service.
• Liaise with contractor on work delivery schedule and work quality.
• Verify bill of quantities and perform Certificate of Completion for all jobs.
• Monitor contractor work and ensure work schedules are delivered timely.
• Verify servicing on site and certification of servicing sheet.
• Perform site inspections, record and analyze monthly utility (Electricity & Water).
• Conduct monthly maintenance meeting and inspection to update work progress and highlight WSH issues to users and client.
• Perform Emergency Breakdown Service duty twice a month.

Requirements

• Min recognized diploma or NTC (or equivalent certificate) in engineering, facilities or estates management or equivalent
• At least 3 years (for diploma holders) or 7 years (for NTC/certificate holders) of relevant working experience with a certificate in building inspection
