    Developer (UX Design space)

    Job description

    This is a 6 month contract to be based in Sandton.

    Key Requirements:

    • A driven and innovative individual with strong Agile development experience.
    • Experience regarding DevOps Principles (Continuous Integration, Build Automation, Test Automation (unit and functional), Continuous Delivery, Production Monitoring).
    • Facilitate end-to-end AML (analysis, planning, design, development, test, implementation / automated deployment).
    • Focused on UX, implementing the relevant design principles.
    • Automation via Scripting.
    • Strong object oriented and functional programming skills.
    • Implement Test Driven Development to ensure code quality.
    • Rapid Application Development experience will be advantageous

    Qualifications:

    • BSc / B.Tech Degree
    • Microsoft Certification

    Technical Skills:

    • Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, Kendo UI, BootStrap, Angular)
    • Microsoft Web Stack (MVC, C#, Razor, IIS, ASP.Net)
    • Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL, Entity Framework)
    • Scripting (PowerShell, VBA, JavaScript, DOS Batch, Python, Ruby)
    • Test Driven Development (Visual Studio, Selenium)
    • Data Warehousing Concepts using Microsoft SQL (SSRS, SSIS, BI, Data Cubes)
    • SharePoint Development (Sitefinity acceptable)
    • Windows Workflow Foundation
    • Architectural Patterns and Styles (MVC, SOA, Microservices)
    • Mobile Application Development (iOS, Android)
