Finance S&OP Analyst

Job description

Main Job Purpose

Own and continuously improve the end-to-end financial forecasting process from a Finance perspective and represent Finance in any process improvement initiatives.

Job Summary
- Lead engagement on forecast submissions and provide challenges on the S&OP process. Clear identification of risks and opportunities (gap close)
- Be the finance champion for forecast bias and accuracy
- Prepare supporting analysis of forecasts and key month end deliverables
- Month end deliverables ( GMVA, Small C reporting packs, CCBT Reporting Suite)
- Interact with CCBT leads (including Finance Agile Business Partners) regarding S&OP
- Ensure proper and clear communication in place within Finance (Decision Support, Agile Business Partnering and Supply Chain)
- S&OP/Active Portfolio review with Agile Business Partners
- Adhoc decision support (where applicable)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Completed Bachelor of Commerce Accounting/ Finance degree
- Completed or studying toward a CIMA qualification
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
