Core description:
Responsible to conceptualize, formulate and optimize a digital marketing strategy with the support of the digital agency strategist team in collaboration with relevant segments heads, product houses, marketing teams, digital channels and customer portfolio management team. Develop an action plan and manage a team that will implement and be measured according to the agreed digital marketing strategy. Conduct competitor research and benchmarking as input to the digital marketing strategy (Local and Global). Initiate, implement and optimize digital marketing initiatives/ projects and the subsequent impact for segments and product houses working in collaboration with the various digital channels. Support marketing efforts with primary responsibility for the technical, creative and User Experience implementation of digital customer service based initiatives resulting in robust online customer service solutions for the organization and high engagement levels with target audiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, IT, Science or Arts (NQF level 7)
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in content distribution/ marketing/ planning/ social media/ reporting
