Job description

The incumbent will be responsible to Plan, organise, and control production processes, and lead the production team.

Minimum Requirements ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 Year National Diploma in Production Management or
• 3 Year National Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Civil Engineering

Experience

5 Years expereince in operations and production supervision

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, communicate and monitor the production process
• Ensure that production performance is in line with production requirements and targets
• Ensure that the production team comply with Health, Safety and Quality Requirements
• Identify and Implement areas of continuous improvements
• Production team supervision (coach, communicate, lead and discipline and train)
• Maintain production section discipline
