    Head of Product: Customer

    Job description

    Are you a courageous leader, always looking to come up with with new innovative ways to solve problems? Are you articulate with the ability to influence through conversations and presentations?     What your role will be

    To maximize our customer lifetime value by designing and delivering the right product at the right price at the right time.

    What your day will be like

    • Creating impulse and excitement
    • Selling product through visuals and words
    • Managing and measuring product performance across all customer channels
    • Lead testing and development of all new product for our customer business
    • Leading the Change management process
    • Monitoring the current performance and enhancing the customer scripting lever within customer
    • Leading development and evolution of this customer scripting lever to improve Rate of Sale for the Customer business
    • Conceptualisation and development of new products for our customer business
    • Managing of our Strategic Partners and ensuring delivery against their Service Levels

    What skills you should have

    • Sales Experience and/or mindset
    • Commercial and Financial acumen
    • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
    • Strong leadership skills
