Building Site Agent in KwaZulu-Natal
Minimum Requirements
- N.Dip/Btech in Construction Management
- More than 8 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience in building; shuttering; slabs
- Computer literate in MS Projects, Office, Excel
- Experience of overall management of the site and subcontractors
- To plan; co-ordinate and execute the production of general foreman;
- To follow the programme and mitigate the risks;
- Knowledge of contracts, NEC; JBCC and FEDIC and letter writing;
- Excellent monitoring, controlling and people management skills;
- compliance with the contract and ensures the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and profitability of the completed projects.
